Professional background and the establishment of Zettla

Originally from Russia, Gleb has spent years working with international clients, investors, entrepreneurs, and expats across multiple industries before establishing himself in the Dominican Republic.

His journey into real estate was driven by a simple observation: purchasing property abroad is rarely just a real estate decision. For most people, it represents a lifestyle change, a business opportunity, a family decision, or the beginning of an entirely new chapter.

After relocation to the Dominican Republic himself, Adam experienced many of the same challenges, questions, and uncertainties faced by newcomers. Navigating legal processes, understanding local systems, building trusted relationships, and adapting to a new environment gave him firsthand insight into what international buyers truly need beyond property searches alone.

These experiences eventually led to the creation of Zettla, a platform designed to simplify not only real estate search and transactions, but the broader journey of relocating, investing, and building a life in the Dominican Republic.
