Owning a property shouldn’t mean having to manage every detail yourself – especially when you live abroad. Zettla provides hands-on property management designed to keep your home well cared for, your rentals organized, and you informed wherever you are.
For rental properties, we can take care of the day-to-day operation – from professional presentation, listings, reservations, pricing, and guest communication to check-ins, housekeeping, inspections, and property readiness between stays. We can also coordinate guest requests and local services throughout their visit.
Behind the scenes, we keep an eye on the property itself. Routine inspections, maintenance coordination, minor repairs, inventory, supplies, and unexpected issues are handled locally, while regular reporting keeps you informed about bookings, expenses, maintenance, and overall property performance.
Whether your property is a vacation rental, long-term investment, second home, or simply somewhere you spend part of the year, our role is to make ownership easier while ensuring there’s someone looking after it when you’re not there.
Our management can include: listing and booking management, guest and tenant communication, check-in and check-out coordination, housekeeping and laundry, property inspections, maintenance coordination, pricing and occupancy management, owner reporting, inventory and restocking, concierge support, and assistance with urgent property matters.
Property management services are provided directly by Zettla, while certain maintenance, housekeeping, repairs, transportation, and other specialized services may be carried out by independent third-party professionals where required. Any material costs, repairs, or third-party work are communicated and coordinated with the owner in accordance with the agreed management arrangement.
