School profile

Transportation & accessibility

Ikigai’s location is one of its most practical characteristics. Families living nearby can keep school close to home while retaining convenient access to all essential infrastructure, airport, and the wider Punta Cana area.

For families comparing communities, that can simplify the everyday equation considerably. School, home, work, travel, and recreation do not necessarily have to sit at opposite ends of Punta Cana.

Residential appeal snapshot

From a relocation perspective, having an educational option such as Ikigai adds another layer to the practicality of Punta Cana Village for families with younger children.

The community is already established around everyday residential life rather than functioning solely as a vacation destination. Having education within that environment makes it easier for families to imagine not simply owning property here, but actually organizing their daily lives around it.

As with our other school guides, we wouldn’t translate that directly into a claim about property appreciation or resale value. Its significance is more immediate: it makes the community more practical for families who want to live here year-round.
